On April 14, 2026, an eye donation awareness session was organized at Patangshaha Kutir Hospital, Jawhar, with the support of MOHAN Foundation. The session was conducted by Karina Kadu, who was invited to educate the general public about the significance of eye donation.
The primary objective of the session was to spread awareness about eye donation and motivate individuals to understand its role in restoring vision and improving lives. The topic was explained in a clear and engaging manner to ensure better understanding among the participants.
A total of 42 individuals attended the session and actively engaged in the discussion. One participant pledged to donate their eyes. The session saw enthusiastic participation, with attendees asking relevant questions about the donation process, eligibility, and the time frame for eye donation after death.
