Every year volunteers of the National Service Scheme (NSS) conduct camps in rural areas. Organ donation Ambassadors from K J Somaiya College of Nursing, Mumbai decided to take up the cause of organ donation on August 03, 2023. The camp was being held at Somaiya Hospital. 25 ambassadors enacted a role play in the hospital premises to create an awareness about organ donation for patients and caregivers in the OPD.
25 students performed the role play. Around 100 people from the hospital were sensitized through this program. Each one received an information brochure.
