An awareness talk on organ donation was held at Biyani Girls College on 31st Aug 2016. Director Sanjay Biyani coordinated the activity on behalf of Biyani Girls College. More than 200 students attended the session.
Navjeevan team member Ravi Kamra Ji spoke on various topics related to organ donation with the help of PowerPoint presentation and a video. The topics covered by him were:
The importance of organ donation in today’s scenario
Legality of organ donation
who can donate organs
basic formalities for organ donor and
the importance of carrying a donor card
Col. Shukla, Dr. Sujata Baheti, Shri Prajesh Taneja from Team Navjeevan participated into the event.
After completion of the event girls were looking very excited to join this campaign, and personally thanked to Ravi Kamra Ji for making them aware on this social cause. All the participants took Organ Donation Cards & pledged for Organ Donation.
