MOHAN Foundation was invited by Ms. Priskilla, student of Social Work Department, Nazareth Arts and Science College to address the community people of Pothur Village on 22.03.2015. This was done as a part of her Community Organization Programme requirement.

Importance and need of organ donation
Types of donations – live and deceased donation
Difference between Natural Death, Coma and Brain Death
Organs and tissues that can be donated in cardiac death and brain death
Eye donation
Importance of Donor card, helpline number and website
Nearly 25 villagers attended the session. At the end of the session “Priceless Gift” information brochures and. All the students supported the noble cause by picking up the donor cards.
