United Nation World Remembrance Day by Muskan Foundation

  • On 20th Nov. 2018 MFJCF Team participated in UN World Remembrance Day which was celebrated by Muskan Foundation at Ravindra Munch, Jaipur. Students from various school delivered road safety messages through their wonderful dance performance, road safety play and group songs.

    Muskan Foundation for Road Safety is a registered not-for-profit trust committed to building a culture of safety on roads through Awareness, Education, Training and Advocacy. It was registered as a charitable Trust in the year 2001. As road safety is a shared responsibility the NGO uses an integrated, community-centric approach to the complex issue of road safety.

    During the program issue of organ donation was highlighted through the interview with Mr. Rakesh Jain (father of organ donor Manan Jain), Mr. Rakesh Jain addressed the students and guests and suggested them to follow the traffic rules moreover with safety. He also told audience that he took decision of organ donation after the counseling which was done by MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Team members and everyone should do the same thing to someone’s life after declaring brain dead.

    Dr. V. D Sinha was also interviewed by Patrika TV to understand more about the head injury during road traffic accidents and precautionary methods.

    The entire program was knowledge full and program was enjoyed by everyone with the social message on road safety and organ donation.
