



On 6th June 2025, Interns from Madras School of Social Work, Mr Kousikan and Ms Vaishnavi held a community organization programme in Pattinapakkam, Chennai in the day care center of Dignity Foundation. The programme started around 11:45 am.
The session was started by Mr. Kousikan, Intern, spoke about organ donation, explaining which organs can be donated, who can become a donor, and also explained about brain death. Ms. Sangeetha K , spoke about eye donation and who can donate and process of donation.
Ms. Vaishnavi, Intern distributed the informational brochures and handed over the donor cards. Myths and questions were cleared.
The session had around 30- 35 people, it was an interactive session as they were also asking questions. MOHAN Foundation thanks Ms. Kokila, project coordinator Dignity Foundation for her support.
