Talk on organ donation was delivered to District and State officers of Department of Youth Services during their meet about training and employment on 24th September 2012. Ms. Hemalatha, Program Manager explained about the concept of organ donation, Brain death & coma, difference between blood, eye, body and organ donation, Donor card and organ allocation. The audience took keen interest and participated very actively. All the queries raised by audience were very well explained. Around 80 participants attended the session and took the donor card and they were requested to spread the message of organ donation among their friends and family.
