The talk on organ donation was organized at Sankara Eye Hospital, Guntur on September 15th, 2012. Nearly 100 Medical and paramedical staff attended the session. Ms. Hemalatha, Program manager delivered the talk. The concepts of organ donation, Brain death and Deceased donation programme in Andhra Pradesh were explained. The participants took the donor card and collected some for their other colleagues who missed the session. Some of the brochures and donor cards were collected by Eye bank officials for distribution among general public.
