On 3rd February 2018, District AIDS Prevention & Control Unit (DAPCU), Nagpur, organized an Organ Donation awareness talk at Indira Gandhi Government Medical College, Nagpur. Mrs. Tanuja D. Fale invited to MOHAN Foundation to give talk on deceased organ donation in her office premises.
Mr. Bulu Behera transplant coordinator of MOHAN foundation gave information to office workers. He covered the basic information on - Types of death, Difference between coma and brain death and natural death, tissue and organ donation, Age limit for organ donation & time duration for organ transplant. He also explained the process of Eye donation & Body donation? He gave information about MOHAN Foundation activities and requested all to use website and helpline number.

1) After natural death what is the time duration of tissue donation?
2) What difference between Coma & Brain death?
3) What is the cost of kidney transplant?
Approximately 30 participants were presented and 2 of them signed consent form and took donor cards.
