MOHAN Foundation Nagpur center was invited by Mrs. Sanghamitra P. Patil of Lata Mangeshkar Hospital on October 26th November 2014 to sensitize nurses on their role in multi-organ donation.
The program had the followings sessions
Welcome address and Introduction. - Hospital director Dr. Dayfod introduced Dr. Ravi Wankhede and the activities of MOHAN Foundation to the participating nurses.
Organ donation concepts - Dr. Ravi Wankhede gave a comprehensive overview on organ donation with special emphasis on the following topics:
Question answer session.
1. If there is a death at home whom to contact for Eye donation?
2. What is the time duration of organ transplant?
3. What is the time duration for skin donation?
4. Can diabetic donate kidney?

Totally 25 nurses participated in the talk and 1 participant signed the consent form. Mrs. Sanghamitra P. Patil gave a vote of thanks to Dr. Ravi Wankhede.
