On August 5, 2024, MFJCF (MOHAN Foundation-Jaipur Citizen Forum) conducted a sensitization session on organ donation at the State Institute of Health and Family Welfare. The session was specifically designed for State Health Supervisors, equipping them with the knowledge and motivation to further disseminate this vital information to ASHA workers and field-level health workers. The sensitization session was successful in equipping the State Health Supervisors with the knowledge and motivation needed to advocate for organ donation within their respective regions. These supervisors are now better prepared to educate ASHA workers and field-level staff, thereby expanding the reach of organ donation awareness across the state. The session was led by Mrs Ranju Jain, MFJCF Member.
Close to 27 supervisors were sensitized.
