To spread the message of organ donation MOHAN Foundation had associated with Gift Your Organ and Hira Motor Sports Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore, in a car rally organised by Hira Motor Sports called Extreme Drive 2012. The forty rally cars for the event had posters and messages on organ donation. At various destination points motorists distributed information materials on organ donation and donor cards to the public. The rally was flagged off at Royal Orchid Resort, Bangalore on 14.09.2012 at 09.00am; passing through Mysore, Madikeri, Mangalore, Shimoga, Karwar, Hubli, Belgaum, Bagalkot, Bijapur, Gulburga, Raichur, Bellary, Hospet, Chitradurga, Sira, Chikhballapur, Mulbagal and reached back Bangalore on 16.09.2012 covering 2200 kms.
Prior to the flag off, rally participants were oriented on organ donation and organ donation awareness materials were distributed. MOHAN Foundation toll free organ donation helpline no - 18004193737 was displayed on the rally cars for the public to access more information on organ donation.
