On 27 th September 2023 ,Mr.Bulu Behera transplant coordinator of MOHAN Foundation invited by
Dr.Amod Gurjar .He is the Matru Sewa Sangh Institute of social work ,MSW Part 1 class director to give a
talk on organ donation to his students.
Mr.Behera gave Power point presentation (PPP) through his presentation; he covered following point,
which is given below.
i. What is organ donation & who can donate organ?
ii. Types of death & difference between natural death and Brain death.
iii. Leaving person which organ can be donated .
iv. Deceased person which organs and tissues can be donate?
v. What are the time factors of organ donation?
vi. What is the age limit for organ donation?
vii. What are the registration process organ donation recipient as well as donor?
viii. What difference between coma and brain death?
ix. Importance of Organ transplant Act 1994.
x. Importance of Donor card & helpline number.
xi. Myths and facts of organ donation.
xii. Historical aspect as well as cultural aspect of organ donation.
xiii. Details information regarding MOHAN Foundation organization.
xiv. Information regarding NATTO, ROTTO, SOTTO, ZTCC on organ donation.
xv. Government scheme regarding organ donation.
xvi. Information regarding body donation.
xvii. Information regarding Eye donation and hand transplant.
xviii. Others relevant information regarding organ donation and transplantation.
At the end of the talk participants asked following questions which are given below.

Approximately 40 students were presented and 12 of them signed consent form for organ donation.
