On 29th December 2016, MOHAN Foundation Mumbai was invited by Dr. Anil Suchak (Indian Liver Foundation) and Dr. Umesh Khanna (Mumbai Kidney Foundation) to set up an awareness stall for the people who attended the programme of Agar Tum Na Hote (74th Birthday celebration of Superstar Mr. Rajesh Khanna) conducted by Peoples “Health Organisation (India)” Premier NGO in the fight against AIDS.
Stalls were set up at Swatantryaveer Savarkar Rashtriya Smarak, Shivaji Park, Dadar.
Peoples who approached the stall were explained the facts, barriers and myths in relation with Organ donation. Many of their queries were satisfactorily addressed at the stall.
Around 20 persons signed up for Donor Cards and were given informative brochures.
