SAN Academy, Velachery organized “Project Day 2024” on December 20, 2024 at their campus. Students exhibited their science models and explained to the visitors. In the event the students from multiple school clubs organized stalls selling their art work, plant saplings and game stalls.
MOHAN Foundation was given the opportunity to set up an information desk and to create awareness on organ donation. Mr. Ganesh C, Marketing Coordinator, organized an information desk and a game counter. With a couple of volunteers from the school, he created awareness by distributing information brochures and explaining to the public about organ donation.
The students enjoyed playing the games and at the same time parents had sufficient time at the information counter. Around 240 information brochures were distributed and 14 visitors picked up donor card pledging for organ donation. Discussion was about donation after cardiac death.
