On June 6, 2025 Ms Sana Malhotra Organ Donation Ambassador from Chennai organized and connected at talk on organ donation. The audience was her friends and family members and 15 people showed their support for her efforts.
Dr Hemal Kanvinde introduced the speaker and the work of MOHAN Foundation. Ms Sana then spoke on the concepts of organ donation, what, who and when of donation. She took effort to dispel the myths in society as well as how to pledge. She ended with a story of Mr Nanda who after this heart transplant has led an Indian team to World Transplant Games and is a golf player.
A few questions on who can pledge and how to do it was discussed. The meeting ended with a slide on all the contact information about MOHAN Foundation.
