On February 21st 2012, MOHAN Foundation - Bangalore participated in the second NGO meet organized by ‘Global Citizens for Sustainable Development’ targeting to provide information on various NGO activities and to promote volunteerism among the students. The second meet was held at Mount Carmel Arts and Science College, Bangalore.
More than 700 students visited the stall set up by MOHAN Foundation who were oriented on various aspects of Organ Donation. During the programme, 383 students had signed Donor Cards and pledged to donate their organs. It was a highly interactive programme where students from various streams got an opportunity to clarify their doubts and have a deeper knowledge on Organ Donation.
