On February 17th, 18th and 21st 2012, an Organ Donation Awareness was done for the police personnel at Egmore and St. Peter’s School, Royapuram, as part of HCL’s DAAN project. More than 1000 police personnel participated in batches. Ms. Sujatha, Ms. Veena and Ms. Jessi gave presentations on the basic concepts of Organ Donation and also emphasized their pivot role in the recently added G.O. (MS) No. 86, Health and Family Welfare (Z1) Department, dated: 26.02.2011.
