On August 6, 2013 Le Passage Foundation, "Shaping Lives" put up a desk on organ donation to celebrate their 11th foundation day at Hauz Khas, New Delhi. The company under the aegis of Mr Arjun Sharma does extensive philanthropic activities on this day. A blood donation camp was also organized alongside organ donation desk. Many employees visited the desk and took fliers with information on organ donation and transplantation.
The signing up drive was organised by Col Anil Alagh, General Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility. He had earlier organised presentations for all the 3 offices of Le Passage and this was organised as a follow up activity in the anticipation that many of those who had not signed up during the earlier presentation would do so now.
The drive was organised in association with Parasher Foundation who has partnered with MOHAN Foundation in order to increase awareness on organ donation.
21 employees signed the organ registration form and became organ donors.
