On April 26, 2012, Merrill Lynch at Ascendas IT Park invited MOHAN Foundation to put an Organ Donation Awareness stall as the Young Professional Network (YPN) was interested in organizing a one day Blood and Organ Donation camp
The event saw gathering of young IT professionals interested in knowing about the concepts of Organ Donation and picked up the Donor Card for Multi Organ Donation. About 40 people picked up the Donor Card showing their solidarity towards the cause of Organ Donation.
Mr.Subash Kumar, Security Personnel showed profound interest in Organ Donation. He urged his fellow security members to pledge for Donor card. After donating his blood, out of his own interest he sensitized other employees voluntarily and showed a great zeal for Organ Donation.
"My body is anyhow going to be decomposed or cremated, why not to give this organs to our fellow men who are in end stage Organ failure” quoted Mr.Subash.
