

On August 21, 2023, Saint Gobain, Sriperumbudur organized an awareness session for their management staff. MOHAN Foundation was invited to conduct the session. This was the 2nd session in their campaign. MOHAN Foundation’s resource person, led by Ms. Arshiya Fathima H, Helpline counselor educated 30 office staff members on organ donation and transplantation, brain death, how to get a transplant, voluntary body donation, eye and skin donation and the service of an Organ Donation Helpline 1800 103 7100.
During the session green ribbons and information brochures were distributed by Ms. Kavitha Aneesh (Transplant Coordinator). There were a lot of interactions about every aspect of organ donation. Ms. Kavitha Aneesh (Transplant Coordinator) handled the Q&A session
1. Can organ donation happen in MLC?
2. Can we donate our organs to relatives after death?
3. Will MOHAN Foundation provide organs?
4. Is the MOHAN Foundation donor card acceptable all over India?
