On 10th August 2017, MOHAN Foundation Chandigarh was invited by the Principal, Army Law Institute, Mohali, Chandigarh to deliver lecture to Law Students on Organ Donation. Over 300 students and faculty members attended the program.
Mr. Sudhir Dewan explained the process of Organ Donation and laws governing Organ Donation. He discussed various committees and their role in ascertaining that no illegal practice takes place in donations. He also discussed the role of NOTTO in organ allocation in Indian scenario.
