On 18th February 2022, MOHAN Foundation was invited for awareness talk on organ donation by online for the Employees of AWIGN Enterprises Pvt Ltd., Bangalore. Around 25 employees attended the session.
At the beginning of the session, Mr. Rishab Kaul welcomed Dr. Priyanka Tiku, Intern and she introduced Mrs. Neha Sharma Katoch, Program Officer, MOHAN Foundation to all the participants.
Dr. Priyanka Tiku began the session by explaining the full form of MOHAN. She informed all participants that MOHAN is acronym not name. She explained about what is donation and transplantation with cardinal concepts with the help of power point presentation. The topics which she covered in detail are as follow:
The entire employee group got motivated and convinced to support organ donation. The awareness talk ended with vote of thanks by Mrs. Neha Sharma Katoch. She encouraged the students to aware the society bout organ donation and also how transplant can change lives are extremely powerful. She ended up saying donate organs is a generous and a worthwhile decision that can save lives.
