  • On August 2, 2023, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Kaizzen, a leading Public Relations and Digital Media Agency, with pan-India operations, to conduct a talk on organ donation for their employees.

Ms Pallavi Kumar (Executive Director) was the main speaker for the talk. She was accompanied by Ms Simran Anand (Program Officer). The session was conducted in Kaizzen’s Delhi office and their teams from Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai joined online.

Kaizzen is an integrated digital marketing, PR, and corporate communications agency. It offers a host of services including design, video, web UI, UX, and technology, thus providing 360-degree solutions to its clients across all sectors.

Ms Pallavi Kumar made a presentation on the various aspects of organ donation – who can donate, what all organs can be donated, what is brain death, corneal donation, myths around organ donation etc. She then invited questions from the audience.

Sharing his thoughts, Kaizzen CEO, Vineet Handa said, "Donating an organ is a selfless and noble deed. The gift of life is a priceless present that you can bestow upon anyone. It is an opportunity to live on in the cherished memories and warm smiles of those whose lives your singular act can transform, even after you have departed to the heavenly abode. There could not be any greater joy than this."

Encouraged by the talk, Kaizzen has undertaken to run a month-long campaign on organ donation post the talk, encouraging their employees, their families, and their customers to pledge for organ donation. This initiative is also a part of their CSR wing Kaizzen Care, launched during the COVID-19 pandemic to fulfil the basic human necessities in the trying times. Over the years, Kaizzen Care has touched upon various social aspects including women empowerment, education, health care, hygiene, nutrition and more.

More than 150 employees attended the session.
