On 13, February 2016, Mr Sudhir Dewan was invited by Fortis Mohali to conduct a session on "Grief counselling and choosing a career as a transplant coordinator" at the CME. The session was organised by the Kidney Transplant department of Fortis Hospital.
Around 200 Nurses and Paramedics participated in the session from various hospital of Mohali (Punjab). Mr Dewan spoke on Grief Counseling and its importance in the transplant process .He also talked about MOHAN’s training program and career prospects after that. Over 1000 TCs Trained by us and how well they are doing in their respective hospitals.
Dr. Vipin Kaushal, ROTTO Head, spoke on the role of NOTTO, ROTTOand SOTTO, with very positive reference of Mohan Foundation and the amount of work we are doing in Organ Donation.
Indeed the audience present got enlightened by the words of the worthy speakers at the CME and such sessions are really important to sensitize the medical personnel.
