On 6th November, 2013 an awareness session on organ donation was organized for the staff of Tebodin Consultants and Engineers India pvt Ltd, Chennai. This initiative was taken by Ms. Soniya, Secretary, Tebodin Consultant and Engineers India Pvt Ltd. The company invited MOHAN Foundation to conduct this programme as a part of their CSR activity.
Ms. S. Kavitha, Marketing Manager, MOHAN Foundation, Chennai delivered the talk and covered the following topics; what is organ donation, importance of organ donation, concepts of Organ Donation, need of organs, statistics and myths about organ donation.
Nearly 44 employees attended the session and in that 40 employees came forward to pledge their organs.
