Siddhartha Nagar Welfare Association and A.P State Government Employees Association, Rajeev Nagar unit, jointly organized a public awareness camp on Organ Donation on 2nd March’2014 at Siddhartha Nagar Community Hall, Hyderabad.
Ms.Dhana Lakshmi, Member of A.P State Government Employees Association invited us to make presentation on Organ Donation.
Mr.Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, MLA, Jubilee Hills Constituency was the Chief Guest and Dr.L.Narendranath, Director, Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences came as Guest of Honour to the program.
Mrs.Lalitha Raghuram, Country Director, MOHAN Foundation made presentation on Organ Donation and Organ Donor stories.
Dr.L.Narendranath explained about Jeevandan program, Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 and appreciated MOHAN Foundation’s activities.
Dr.Swarnalatha, Incharge Jeevandan program made presentation on History and Importance of Organ Donation.
Ms.Santakumari and Ms.Priscella, MOHAN Foundation manned the public awareness stall and distributed Donor cards and information brochures to the visitors.
