On May 4, 2024, Padmavathi Vasudevan of MOHAN Foundation conducted an eye donation awareness session at Kotak Life Insurance’s Goregaon office. 20 employees attended the session.
Padma introduced the Kotak Netradan project undertaken by MOHAN Foundation and went on to speak about its importance. She stressed the need for awareness about eye donation and discussed the various myths in the minds of the public.
The employees were responsive and showed interest in knowing more. There were few who were willing to pledge their eyes. The link and the helpline numbers were shared with them. MOHAN Foundation thanks Mr Pawan Soni for organising this initiative.
