On 2nd January, 2017, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the secretary, Red Cross – Punjab, Chandigarh to conduct an awareness talk for their first aid students at Vivekanand Bhawan, Chandigarh. Around 62 students from various parts of Punjab, college students, patient care attendants and home nursing participated in the session.
Students were given an introduction and presentation on Organ donation and brain death by Ms. Deepika Arora

Myths about organ donation
Difference between natural death and brain death
Organ donation and its types – Live & Deceased donation
Importance of donor card
Participants response was very enthusiastic. They appreciate the cause and came up with many suggestions.
