On 18th October 2016, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the secretary, Red Cross - Punjab, Chandigarh to conduct an awareness talk for their first aid students at Vivekanand Bhawan, Chandigarh. Around 34 students from various parts of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh patient care attendants and home nursing participated in the session.
Students were given an introduction and presentation on Organ Donation and Brain Death by Deepika Arora.

When is Organ Transplant needed
Types of Donors
Tissues and Organs that can be Donated
How to pledge for Organ Donation
Difference between Natural Death and Brain Death.

How long the Organs are stored?
Is the Hospital selling organs?
Whether transplanted organs can be donated?
It was very interactive session. All questions were answered.
