On 11th February 2019, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the secretary, Red Cross - Punjab, Chandigarh to conduct an awareness talk on organ donation for their First Aid Students at Vivekanand Bhawan, Chandigarh. Around 30 participants from various parts of Punjab, Haryana & Chandigarh College Students, Patient Care Attendants, Home Nursing, Nannies and Bus Conductors participated in the program.
Participants were given the presentation on organ donation and brain death by Ms. Neha Sharma.
In this talk she explained the following points: -
It was an interactive session. Participants are very highly satisfied and motivated with the noble cause by the MOHAN Foundation. Around 30 people were present in the training room and 20 of them picked up their donor card. MOHAN Foundation thanks the Red Cross for the opportunity.
