On 26th November 2018, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the secretary, Red Cross – Punjab, Chandigarh to conduct an awareness talk on organ donation for Trainers and Lecturers at Vivekanand Bhawan, Chandigarh. Around 35 participants from various colleges of Punjab participated in the program.
Mr. Santosh Kumar, State Training Supervisor addressed the gathering and gave a brief introduction on organ donation to the participants.
Participants were given the presentation on organ donation and Brain Death by Ms. Neha Sharma.
In this talk she explained the following points: -
This was a very important program as these Trainers would further be imparting training in their local districts, including that on Organ Donation.
After the talk participants asked a few questions and requested for Donor Cards.
