On 1st September 2017, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the Commandant “Sky Shielders” a unit of Western Command to conduct an awareness session for Army Officers & Jawans.
Participants were given an introduction and presentation on Organ Donation and Brain Death by Mr. Sudhir Dewan and Ms. Deepika Arora.
In this talk explained the concept of Organ Donation, Brain Death, Types of Donors, Myths & Misconceptions, Importance of Donor Card, How one person can save many lives were covered in detail.
It was indeed an amazing session. All the participants in the session expressed their support for the noble cause.
Around 200 participants attended the session and 150 participants took Donor Card.
