On 11th February 2025, MFJCF Convener Bhavna Jagwani and two members of MFJCF (Out of One is a Kidney Recipient) met with Mr. Neeraj K. Pawan, IAS, Chairman of Rajasthan Khel Krida Parishad, to discuss the approval of technical training for kidney recipients preparing for the World Transplant Games 2025 to be held in Dresden, Germany from 17 to 24 August 2025. The meeting was highly successful, leading to immediate action, with three Kidney Recipients (Harsh Vardhan, Amit Sharma and Hitesh Sharma) already beginning their specialized sports and athletics training.
This initiative marks a significant step in empowering organ recipients through sports, highlighting their resilience and determination.
