Dr. Sunil Shroff and Ms. Pallavi Kumar engaged the participants in an activity called “Organ Donation Pathway” to help them understand that the deceased organ donation program in a hospital required the involvement of multiple stakeholders and it is important to enhance the knowledge of all these stakeholders in the organ donation procedure.

Ms. Pallavi Kumar spoke about the stages of grief and approaching families for organ donation.

Two films developed by MOHAN Foundation were also screened during the workshop:

    • Approaching families for organ donation – The good and bad approach (Indian adaptation of the film by NHSBT, UK.)
