MOP Vaishnav College, Department of Sociology organized a program where they released a Directory – “Development Resource Directory”.
Development Resource Directory – A directory which consists details about NGO’s who work in the field of Health, Human Rights, Women Empowerment, Disability, Education, Old Age, Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility and list of Development Organization.
Few NGO’s gave a presentation about their activities and future plans. Ms.Veena, Transplant Coordinator from MOHAN Foundation presented about the activities of NGO. She shared the details of Transplant Coordinators Training Program and internship at MOHAN Foundation.
Sociology and Social Work students from different colleges who participated in this program gained more information about various organizations and their area of interest. This program provided a great platform for them to choose a particular field where they can express their talent and creativity to development the area of their interest and to provide the best service to the society.
