On January 11, 2025 Vidya Peetam Senior Secondary School, Sholinghur, in Ranipet District organized a Carnival and Alumini’s meet titled "Chatramela 2024"at their premises. This Carnival is conducted once in a decade and attracts huge crowd around Sholinghur. MOHAN Foundation was given an opportunity to create awareness on organ donation during the event.
The event begun with prayer song and inauguration of the carnival and release of the Compendium Book. The delegates were Mr. Murali Krishnan P, Vice President - Plant Operations (Brakes India - Foundry Division), Mr. Vijai Anand G, as Head of Midrange Component, T. T. Narendran, School Chairman, Ms. Viswabharathy K, School Correspondent, Mr. Thavasi Moni T, School Principal and Senior Management Staff from Brakes India, Sholinghur.
Ms. Viswabharathy, introduced Mr. Ganesh C, MOHAN Foundation to the delegates and insisted they extent their support towards the noble cause. The dignitaries appreciated the work of MOHAN Foundation and affixed their signature in the signature banner to extend their support.
Then the signature banner was shifted to prime location to catch the maximum attention. Over 600+ information brochures on Organ Donation were distributed and 200 + members picked up donor cards and the signature banner was fully filled without an inch gap.
