On 19 July, MFJCF organized an awareness session on organ donation at Rural Development Training (RUDSET) Institute Jaipur. The programme was attended by a diverse group of trainees who showed great interest in understanding the intricacies of organ donation and transplantation. The speaker Dr. Anushree Nair, Project Director, MFJCF provided an in-depth overview of organ donation and transplantation, covering topics such as the importance of organ donation, the process involved, and the life-saving impact it has on recipients. Attendees were encouraged to consider pledging to become organ donors, with a focus on dispelling myths and addressing any concerns they might have about the donation process. The session was interactive, allowing participants to ask questions and engage in discussions, which helped deepen their understanding of the subject matter. The programme aimed to sensitize the attendees to the critical need for organ donors and the profound impact of organ transplantation on saving lives.
