On 18th August 2023, MOHAN Foundation conducted an awareness session on organ donation at Vila Marie Degree College for Women in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. The session was conducted for the first year Mass Communication Students of the college. Ms. Srividya.S and Dr. Bhanu Prakash were the key speakers.

Ms. Srividya.S spoke about the role of social media in promoting organ donation and highlighted the volunteering opportunities and courses available at MOHAN Foundation. The students enthusiastically posed several questions. The HOD of Mass Communication Department shared her experience of donating her husband’s corneas and urged the students to pledge for organ donation. Close to 200 students were present in the session
