  On 31^st December 2022, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Dr. Mehr Chand, NSS Program Officer to conduct an awareness talk on organ donation for their NSS volunteers.  Around 150 volunteers attended the session.

   

  At the beginning of the session,  NSS volunteers welcomed all the participants invited Mr. Sudhir Dewan & Ms. Neha Sharma to begin the session.

   

  Mr. Sudhir began asking few questions to students that which organs can be donated while living? Most of the students were aware about kidney transplant and Liver Transplant. Mr. Sudhir Dewan addressed the audience telling them about how important is organ donation and it provides the opportunity to improve the quality of life and save lives of others. It is the greatest gift one can ever give.

   

  Participants were given an introduction and presentation on organ donation and brain death by Ms. Neha Sharma Katoch.
