On 09-03-2017 (World Kidney Day) an awareness talk on Organ Donation was held at Narayana Multispecialty Hospital, Pra tap Nagar, Jaipur by MFJCF-Navjeevan. More than 300 a ttendants of Patient and Doctors attended the program.
Dr. Mala Airun, Clinical Director, Narayana Multispecialty Hospital welcomed the Navjeevan Group members. Captain Amarjeet Sangwan and Roshan Bahadur attended the program from the Navjeevan Team.
Navjeevan spokesperson Dr. Anita Hada Sangwan gave vital information about Brain Death and Organ Donation which was highly appreciated by the audience.
After the talk some questions asked were
1. Is Registration compulsory for Organ Donation before death?
2. Which organs I can donate?
3. Is there any difference between Cardiac death and Brain Death?
All the satisfactory answers were given by the spokesperson. 70 people took the donor card and promised to convey the message of Organ Donation among friends and family
