On 17.08.2017 MFJCF-Navjeevan team conducted an awareness talk on organ donation at I.I.S University, Mansarovar, Jaipur.
More than 250 students of Zoology Department and got the vital information about the noble cause.
Dr. Anita Hada Sangwan described the concept of organ donation with the help of presentation which was appreciated by the students. She talked about the need, supply and the whole procedure of organ donation.
Some questions were asked like
1. What are the reasons forbrain death?
2. Where does our country stand in organ donation?
3. What should we do ifsomeone we know needs a kidney?
4. Is hospital charge anything for the organ from the recipient?
All the satisfactory answers were given by speaker. After the session all the students took donor cards and promised to spread awareness for organ donation in the society.
