On 17th November 2022, Mr. Gabriel from MOHAN Foundation in Association with Lions Club of Mapusa Goa conducted an organ donation awareness talk at Assagao Union High School, Assagao, Goa. Mr. Gabriel being an ex-student of the school, presented a PPT and introduced MOHAN Foundation to all. Mr. Gabriel at the being showed a short video on Brain Death and a video “Live Beyond Life” a short-animated presentation on Organ Donation by Shweta Gupta.
Dr. Amol Mahaldar, Coordinator for Organ Donation cell of IMA Goa, gave a short presentation on Organ Donation and answered questions of the students related to Organ Donation.
Mr. Gabriel gave out flyers of MOHAN Foundation to the students & teachers.
Around 200 students from class 7th to 9th with teachers, the headmaster along with the president of the Lions Club of Mapusa were present.
