On 2, February 2016, MOHAN Foundation conducted an awareness session for the NSS students of Govt. Model Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh, Sector-38 West, DMC. It was the 5th day of 7day long NSS camp. In which around 60 students participated in the camp, the NSS Programme Officer Jarnail Singh arranged the session and invited MOHAN Foundation to raise awareness on the same.
Students were from the senior secondary classes of the school and were given a presentation on Organ Donation and the process by the Program Manager Ms.Nilakshi. The Human Organ Act was also explained to the students. It was an interactive session and students promised their contribution by propagating the word around at their respective communities. Information Brochuers were also circulated to the students.
