Awareness Talk at Central Training Institute, Jaipur

  An Organ Donation Awareness talk was organized by Rotary Club Jaipur Organ Donation and MFJCF on 11th January 2023 at CTI( Central Training Institute),  Rajasthan Home Guards, Begas.Around 100 Home Guard trainees from across Rajasthan and instructors attended the talk alongwith Director Capt Sandeep Sharma.

  Speaker for the talk was Dr. Anita Hada, Project Director MFJCF.

  She talked about the following points:

  • What is organ donation and what are the types of donations?
  • Who can be a donor?
  • Experiences as a donor
  • Real-life stories of organ donors of Rajasthan
  • Organ pledging via Driving License
  • Myths about organ donation  

  Also, the National Organ Donation Helpline number, 1800 103 7100 was shared with the participants.

  A question answer session with the speaker also took place , in which Personnel in uniform cleared the doubts about Organ Donation.

  The Director conveyed his gratitude to Rotary and MFJCF for the session.
