Awareness Stall on Organ Donation at World Remembrance Day

  In the memory of road traffic accident victim Muskan Foundation (for road safety) organized World Remembrance Day at Jawahar Kala Kendra on 25.11.2017 in Open Theatre Garden.

  Family members of road traffic accident victim shared their experiences with the audience and Mr. DikshantThadani’s (Organ Donor) family member Mr. Jai Kumar Thadani, Father and Mrs. VarshaThadani, Mother also invited by the foundation, the family was counseled for organ donation by MFJCF- Navjeevan team. 

  MFJCF- Navjeevan team members were also invited to set awareness stall on organ donation.More than 500 visitors visited stall and asked some questions which were answered by MFJCF- Navjeevan team members.

  1.     Who will declare brain dead to a patient?

  2.     What are the reasons of brain death?

  3.     Is pancreas transplantation successful?

  After the queries 100 visitors took donor card and organ donation information brochure and posed with organ donation message board “I SUPPORT ORGAN DONATION”
