The Society of Endo Laproscopic Surgeons of India held a two day Selsicon National Conference of at The Marriot Hotel, Jaipur. MFJCF – Navjeevan team was invited to set an awareness stall on organ donation by Dr. Rajesh Bhojwani, Organizing Chairman.
More than 200 people visited MFJCF stall and enquired about the noble cause.
Some questions were asked during the visit-
1. What if someone is alive and wants to donate one kidney voluntarily?
2. How are cardiac death and brain death different?
3. What is the preservation time of organs like (Kidney, Heart and Liver)?
All the satisfactory answers were given by MFJCF Members. More than 120 visitors took the donor cards and some of them posed with message board “I SUPPORT ORGAN DONATION”.
