Dr.Bhanu Prakash, Transplant Coordinator of MOHAN Foundation coordinated and conducted an awareness session on Organ Donation at BJR Govt Degree College, Narayanguda, Hyderabad along with Nephrology team, Gandhi Hospital on 8th August 2024.
Dr.Manjusha, Head of the Department of Nephrology and Dr.Srinivas, Assistant Professor of Nephrology, explained about Organ Donation, its Myths & Facts.
Dr Bhanu Prakash explained about the Grief Counseling and importance of Organ Donation along with the significance of Donor Card. Around 100 students attended the program.
The Prinicipal of BJR college, Captain Vijay Kumar and Mrs. Uma, Zoology Lecturer and other faculty pledged their organs.
