On September 21, 2024, Sachin Rawat from the MOHAN Foundation conducted an organ donation awareness session at SSG Hospital College in Vadodara for first-year B.Sc. nursing students from Indu Nursing College, attended by 53 students. The session began with an introduction to the MOHAN Foundation and its activities, followed by a discussion on the vital role of medical staff in identifying and caring for potential organ donation patients. It concluded with a segment aimed at dispelling common myths about organ donation and addressing students' questions. The students responded positively to the session, expressing enthusiasm about the critical importance of organ donation and its impact on saving lives, which encouraged them to consider how they could advocate for this cause in their future nursing careers.
