On August 11, 2024, the MOHAN Foundation conducted an informative awareness session on organ donation at Runwal Elegante Society, Lokhandwala. The session, attended by 30 residents, aimed to provide comprehensive information about organ donation. At the conclusion of the session, 10 participants committed to organ donation by taking the pledge.
The session was led by Mr. Neil Dastoor, an ambassador of the MOHAN Foundation. Following his introduction, Ms. Sakshi elaborated on brainstem death and cardiac death in detail. She also addressed questions posed by society members, which included:
Ms. Sakshi provided thorough answers to all these queries. Neil Dastoor expressed gratitude to the MOHAN Foundation for organizing the session and thanked the residents for their engagement and commitment.
